Summary: Nice room but no housekeeping for three days. Do miss having the bed made. Nice breakfast but wasn’t fully prepared first thing so had to wait for stuff to be brought out.

Summary: Staff seemed to struggle to maintain breakfast service , coffee machine broken for too long a period, room had a hillock on window that had unbelievably been screwed locked!!!!!!!!just generally a hotel that offers much but could bo more. Tired looking and in need of some TLC.

Summary: Room was clean. It had a big bed which was comfy. There was shortbread and things provided. Although the bed was very squeaky and the place could be doing with a little refresh. If it was my room the first thing I would change would be to swap the dressing table and tv around the dressing table was in the middle so when my partner was doing her hair for ages it was hard to get past. Overall had a really good stay at the hotel which we got for an absolute bargain for the night.
